Bravo Corporation is 2 years into the Self-Driving car investment you assisted them with previously (Individual Assignment #1).
Investment Title: Self-Driving Electric Car
Description: The Bravo Company has partnered with other companies to create a self-driving car. Between the Bravo Company and its partners,
they have the expertise required to break into the Self -Driving Electric Car market. The Bravo Company is responsible for all project
management activities (software development, manufacturing, etc.) for the investment. The companies expect to have their first vehicle available
in 2-3 years, and is estimated to cost $450M.
For the last two years, the Self-Driving Electric Car project has been using 4 Scrum teams that contain 7 team members each to complete the backlog
items but based on their current roadmap and the team's combined estimated capacity, they estimate, at a minimum, they need to double their current
capacity to meet the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for their initial release planned for one year from today. The Bravo Company needs to find an
effective way to increase their software development activities to meet their release date, but they are concerned they will be unable to effectively
manage the increase in capacity.

Except for the team, product owners, and the scrum masters there are no additional staff supporting the project
Bravo Corporation is only using a collection of excel spreadsheets to manage the effort.
The Bravo Company estimates they will need this increase in capacity for at least 2 years after the initial release but then expects to scale back to
their current capacity for the foreseeable future
The Bravo Company's top priority is to make the release date, they feel if the date is missed, a competitor will gain a huge advantage and may put
the project at risk of being canceled.
The system architecture allows for the scaling of resources/teams to at least double the current capacity.

Staff can be hired as either a corporate resource or contracted,
There are no cultural or leadership challenges,
Assignment Instructions
Develop a strategy to increase the Bravo Company's capacity to at least double its current capacity. The strategy needs to address:
Insertion of Technology,
If recommended, select a technology and provide a timeline for the implementation and how the change in technology might impact the
projected team's capacity.
Scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.)(OPTIONAL - Feedback will be provided IF you choose to address this area, but no points will be

Number of additional resources/teams recommended and whether they should be organic or contractor resources or a combination

If proposing new positions: You need to include their specific roles and responsibilities and how the position(s) would help the Bravo Company
increase its capacity and/or reduce the overall project risk.
Assume the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Teams have the roles described in the Scrum Framework.
All the items above need to be addressed, but you don't have to recommend the Bravo Company incorporate them into their strategy (E.g., new
technology or support positions); however, you need to explain why you are making the recommendation regardless. For example, why are you not
recommending new technology?
Even though you are not providing a cost in your proposal, you need to be mindful of cost. For example, ensure you don't propose an excessive number
