Documenting Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements

Scenario

You have been working through the Requirements Development process and you have nearly finished your User Stories (provided in a separate document). Your user stories have been grouped into the features that you plan to include in the digital solution. Confident that your collection of user stories is nearly complete, you are ready to begin documenting your functional and nonfunctional requirements.

Assignment

This assignment is worth 12.5% of your final grade.

For this assignment you will use all of the information collected in previous assignments, including the user stories document provided, to:

1. Write 50 functional requirements

2. Write 5 nonfunctional requirements

NOTE:

Each requirement should be given a unique ID.

Functional requirements should be organized under headings that correspond to features and/or functions

Nonfunctional requirements should be organized under headings that correspond to the quality attribute they address.

Include a brief description of the feature underneath the heading that specifies the purpose of that feature

Your assignment must be submitted to eConestoga by the date/time stated in your Instructional Plan.

Your assignment must be submitted as a Word document, and include a cover page with the following information:
