Individual assignment

The purpose of this assignment is to create a report that the participants will leave with

from this module. This report should address three main areas:

$1.$ Digital Maturity Assessment:

Instructions: Evaluate the current state of your organization's digital maturity to

understand where it stands in its digital transformation journey. Familiarize

yourself with different frameworks and models used for assessment and select a

model that aligns with your organization's industry and goals. Explain your choice.

Apply the chosen framework to assess your organization's digital maturity. $($This

will be completed in class on Day $1).$

$2.$ Vision and Strategy Development:

Instructions: Outline a vision and strategy for the digital transformation of the

organization. Develop a clear, concise and future$-$oriented vision statement that

describes what your organization aims to achieve through digital transformation.

Define SMART goals and objectives that support your digital transformation

vision. Develop a strategy, a step$-$by$-$step plan informed by your strategic analysis

of how you want to achieve the vision of Digital Transformation. $($This will be

completed in class on Day $1).$

$3.$ Pathway Selection:

Instructions: Choose one or more pathways to reach the established vision.

Define specific criteria and considerations that will be used to evaluate and

compare the proposed pathways. Consider factors such as feasibility, cost,

timeline, and alignment with the organization's goals.

Length of report: $5$ pages. Create engaging content, use schematic diagrams, pictures,

infographics in your report.
