A case study analysis requires you identify the issues of the organization and investigate the business problem. The study requires you to examine the alternative solutions and propose the most effective solutions using supportive evidence (citations and references).

The case study should include:

1. Background information on the specific topic of strategic human resource management.
2. An analysis of the case under the student showing issues and the root core of the problem
3. Identifying several factors relating to the core problem (provide evidence from references and cite them)
4. Examine effective strategies from theories or concepts to overcome the problem (provide evidence from literature and cite them)
5. Provide solid recommendations.
