Individual Integration Assignment

Organizational Behaviour is a course where students are able to see how concepts discussed in class can be used to understand situations that have been encountered in their Tjersonal and professional lives. In many cases, students are able to reflect on these experiences and view them a different perspective as a result. The purpose of this assignment is to provide students with an opportunity to reflect on the course, the concepts covered and examine how they can be used to understand the group experience you had in Management $250/2250.$

Students will choose two $(2)$ course concepts that were not covered in their group project $($I$.$e$.,$ personality, motivation, etc.$)$ to better understand the dynamics the group experienced throughout the course. This will involve providing specific examples from the group project and connecting them to key components of the topic area that are addressed in the course. For example, if you choose to analyze the team dynamics, topic #$1$ could discuss the dimensions that make a team effective or analyzing the team using Tuckman's five stages of team development using examples from your group experience.
