Individual Reframe The individual assignment is designed to deepen your ability to gain empathy to better inform your problem solving in the workplace. This assignment is graded upon your ability to think critically about your end-user, empathy prompts and reframe. You will: identify a challenge, identify the end user(s), create and provide empathy prompts, and reframe your original challenge based upon the empathy you gathered. You will be graded on your ability to provide appropriate empathy prompts, identify relevant trends within the empathy, and the Reframe of the challenge based upon those trends/insights. Tell the story of the challenge which includes your process for developing empathy-gathering approaches, insights from the empathy and how the Reframe more wholesomely reflects the real challenge
