Tell the size of the tables you will use (rounds, rectangle, square etc) 3. Describe all parts of the design (napkin color, chargers, floral, chairs etc). 1. It would be best if you can find pictures to help depict your vision for the table in addition to the description of each. 4. Provide a price point for each item and a grand total based on 20 tables. 5. Finally, describe what you hope the guests feel or remember via the table scape.
