Information system operational planning consists of the following elements:
• Mission
• IS environment
• Objective of the IS function
• Application portfolio
• Resource allocation & project management

Questions:
1. Explain each of the stages according to the process of picture 1! Draw a flowchart diagram and determine the artifacts that result from each process!
2. When a company checks its needs and performance, it will produce a priority list of information technology applications that are already running and information technology applications that have the potential to be acquired, the list is known as the application portfolio. Use a familiar company such as Telkom (Telecommunication company) , PLN (State Electricity Company) and so on and explain the steps that must be done to make an application portfolio at the company!
