Part $1.$ Charter Template

Use the Template $($templates are in the Template tab on Blackboard$)$ for a Project Charter and complete it like Table $5\mathrm{.}2$ and $5\mathrm{.}3$ from the book or slides $($chapter $5$ slides $18$ & $19)$

You will choose any one of these $3$ scenarios to use as your IT project for this project charter.

$$ Setting up a circus event

$$ Building a computer gaming $($E$-$sports$)$ facility

$$ Creating a robot for walking dogs.

Part $2.$ Scope Statement Template

Complete the Scope Statement Template as well. Remember to use the examples and ensure you do a detailed scope to include all IT processes$/$equipment that will be done$/$included by the project team to complete your IT project.

NOTES$/$CRITERIA

$*$Ensure your scope is $$strategic project$$ level. Meaning that this project should take several months, cost of at least $$100,000$ dollars, be big enough to need a project team, and require several Agile$/$Scrum meetings. So$,$ you cant say you are setting up a laptop or a server... But don$$t set up an international company from scratch either.

Remember that this project is IT focused. We will not focus on logistics$,$ physical labor, or other facts for putting together our charter. This is focused on just what we need to do from an IT perspective for this project.

$*$I understand we are all not IT experts but use some creativity and common sense$/$quick internet research to apply technology $($servers$,$ computers, programming, other $($blue tooth$/$wireless devices, networks, and$/$or IT infrastructure$)$ to fulfill these scenarios to need and perform an imaginary project. We do not need a full out business plan... Only the two templates of information with IT assets and processes that we can successfully implement one of those scenarios!!

$**$Remember this is a project, so its not an operation$/$routine process. We are only focusing on the one time development$/$set up of these scenarios!!

$***$Only turn in one combined document with the two templates!!! no need to turn in additional documents, or have a Word and Adobe copy, one copy is fine!
