Initial Learning Agreement Assignment Purpose During the NR632 course, a Learning Agreement will be developed to guide practicum experiences and support achievement of course outcomes. The Learning Agreement will include self-identified objectives and activities to facilitate achievement of course learning outcomes. During Week 1 (due at the end of Week 1), the Learning Agreement will be created by you, approved by the practicum mentor, and submitted for instructor evaluation and approval. As you progress with the practicum experience, the Learning Agreement should be revised as needed to reflect completed objectives, additional objectives, changes to the plan dictated by the actual experience or revisions suggested by faculty and/or mentor. During Week 8, a narrative description of progress toward and achievement of self-identified objectives will be included on the Learning Agreement. At that time, the Learning Agreement will be reviewed for validation by the practicum mentor, and submitted for final evaluation by the instructor
