PROCESSING

Compute BMI for each patient based off the data. Add a new row for BMI to the array under the

weight row. Compute maximums, minimums, and averages for height, weight, and BMI. Add

three new columns to the end of your existing array where the third to last is the minimum

values, the second to last is maximum values, and the last is column is averages for each row.
