Above is a list of inputs that are part of a Logic Model for an MPA program.

A.) List a minimum of two measures for each of the inputs

B.) Indicate how you will collect the data for each of your identified measures (for example, surveys, secondary data, focus groups, self assessments, etc.)

C.) Assess the validity and reliability of each measure (for example, how will you ensure your measure is valid and reliable?)

D.) Determine the measurement level of each measure (for example nominal, ordinal, interval)
