Inside a matrix organization structure, engineers report ---> senior manager. A project manager ---> senior manager but manages the project that the engineers work on. A senior manager manages project managers and many employees. The senior managers all report to a director. Everyone is an employee.

How would I design a domain model that represents employees and the hierarchical structure (director ---> manages) in an organization.
