Overview

Observations are made from information which is collected. For example: A work place health and Safety officer has to write a report on a serious work place accident. As part of the process, the officer will visit the accident site to make an inspection. He will interview the witnesses to the accident as well as identify issues relating to the cause of the accident. From these observations, he will be able to prepare his report.

Task

write a short report on the effectiveness of the transportation system in your area for your local town/city council.

Your report should follow the correct structure and formal of report writing as learned in the course. Information conveyed should be relevant (directly related to the issue), current (up to date), objective (without bias) and factual.
