Instructions

1. Click on the link provided below and scroll down to "Section Part

1: Workplace Harassment Policy." https://www.ontario.ca/page/code-practice-address-workplace-harassment#schedulec

2. Read all of the information under the General Information heading.

3. Click on Schedule C and read the sample policy.

4. Create a company name; write a Workplace Harassment Policy in accordance with Schedule

C. You may modify the template provided.

5. Click on the link provided below and scroll down to Section 2.2: Workplace Violence Policy https://www.ontario.ca/page/understand-law-workplace-violence-and-harassment

6. Read all of the information under the Workplace Violence Policy heading.

7. Click on Section 5 and read the sample policy.

8. Using the same Company name you used for Workplace Harrassment Policy; write a Workplace Violence Policy in accordance with Section 5. You may modify the template provided.
