Instructions

$1.$ Create a $.$pkt file with the topology above.

a$.$ Use an access point and not a wireless router

b$.$ Ensure that the laptops are connecting to the access point wirelessly and not wired.

$2.$ Configure the Router interface with the IP address of $192\mathrm{.}168\mathrm{.}1\mathrm{.}1/24$

$3.$ Configure the Switch.

a$.$ Configure the IP address of $192\mathrm{.}168\mathrm{.}1\mathrm{.}2/24$ on VLAN$1.$

b$.$ Configure the switch to ensure that the laptop $$Good Guy$$ can ping the router, but $$Bad Guy$$ cannot.

$4.$ Configure the Access Point.

a$.$ Set up a $2\mathrm{.}4$Ghz connection on Channel $6$ using the SSID of $$AP$.$

b$.$ Set up WPA$2$ with the PSK pass phrase of cisco.

$5.$ Configure the Laptops.

a$.$ Set up IP addresses and default gateway

i$.$ Good Guy $($IP$=192\mathrm{.}168\mathrm{.}1\mathrm{.}3/24)$

ii$.$ Bad Guy $($IP$=192\mathrm{.}168\mathrm{.}1\mathrm{.}4/24)$

b$.$ Connect both Laptops to the Access Point wirelessly.

$6.$ Test

a$.$ Ping from Good Guy to Router. It should be successful.

b$.$ Ping from Bad Guy to Router. It should not be successful.
