www$.$Nutritiouslife.com. My main goal is to provide diet plan, reducing weight exercise, muscle gaining exercise, motivated quotes, signed up customer achievement graph based on their weight, and daily calories burn.

The website will have several pages includes Home page, diet plan, week health chart and graph, subscription plans, selling apparel, exercise videos, and contact page. The brief description home page highlight about our website and goals. The diet plan for different calories intake for different people. The health chart and graph after signing up for plan keep track of your health. The subscription plan different plans based on weight losing, muscle gaining or other plans. The selling apparel like workout related and proteins. The exercise video will help to learn the angle and postures. The contact page address, phone number and email address and customer feedback.

The content will obtain from YouTube, Fitness center, and Diet planner.

How will your project use a form?

Describe how you plan to use a form in your project to collect viewers' inputs or information.
