Instructions:

Based on the topic (Ethical Concerns). Prepare a research paper on a selected arbitration and dispute resolution topic. In addition to the topics/areas of discussion you select to discuss in your paper, you will also want to incorporate a discussion on:

• The process of finding solutions to difficult problems (based on the topic selected...Ethical Concerns).
• The processes for dealing with emotional people.
• Discuss what can be done to resolve disputes while preserving relationships.

For this week, you will need to:

• Identify the research topic.
• Prepare an outline of the topic to be covered in the research paper.
• Write the abstract.
• Conduct research on the topic and prepare a review of literature in the form of an annotated bibliography.
• Complete the reference page with the list of references used in the annotated bibliography.

• The outline should be no more than one (1) page.

Review of Literature/Annotated Bibliography

• You are required to include 6 to 8 scholarly resources
• The review of literature should be 2 to 3 pages
