Convert the bar graph for Eye Color into a Pareto chart

Reorder the bars from tallest to shortest.

Highlight the cell range C$1$:D$8,$ then select Data $>$ Sort

Check the $"$My data has headers" box, if necessary

Sort by: Frequency

Sort on: Cell Values

Order: Largest to Smallest

Since the Other category represents multiple eye colors, it makes sense to put it last, even though it is not the shortest bar.
