The

lesson plan

needs to include the following information:

Three $(3)$ Learning Objectives

Use the proper learning objective format that reflect the training needs discovered during the TNA $($from Assignment $1).$These objectives will be used to develop the rest of the training workshop and should include the following information:

Who

is to perform the desired behaviour?

$2.$

What

is the actual behaviour to be used to demonstrate mastery of the content or objective? Specifically, what do youwant the trainees to be able to do once they have completed the training?

$3.$

Where

and when is the behaviour to be demonstrated and evaluated $($i$.$e$.,$ under what conditions, or with what tools orwithin a specific timeframe, etc.$)?$

What

is the standard by which the behaviour will be judged? What is an acceptable level of performance? $($Forexample: increase sales by $15\%$ in the next quarter, according to company standards, or according to the HumanRights Act, etc.$)$

Training activities
