Divide students into $4$ groups, I group to work with each scenario.

The instructor will assign each group one of the scenarios below.

Groups will select $2$ students who will act out the role play the group will create base on the scenario they have been assigned. Add in details to make the role play interesting and engaging.

Students will use the lecture notes and textbook readings to determine:

Which TYPE of BREACH is occurring in their assigned scenario

Present any potential CHALLENGES that may occur for the parties involved in th contract

Once each group has prepared their role play, each group will take a turn to present i to the class.

Scenario $1$: The Unfulfilled Delivery

Party A owns a small bakery, and Party B is a local supplier of flour. Party A and Party B entered into a contract where Party B agreed to deliver $100$ pounds of flour to Party A$\text{'}$s bakery by a specified date. However, Party B failed to deliver the flour on the agreedupon date, causing Party A to face difficulties in fulfilling customer orders. Party A is now upset about the breach of contract and wants to discuss the situation with Party B$.$
