Each team will select a global company and a product or service. The product or service must be something that the select company currently provides, or will provide in the near future. There will not be any duplicate companies, products or services selected. Your Instructor will review and approve the company, product or service selected by each team. The select company has hired your team as an Operations Management Consultancy. Ensure that you come up with a unique name for your team consultancy. Based on the product or service that your team has selected, you will need to conduct research, analyze components of the company's operation, identify opportunities and make recommendations based on the following:
