The purpose of the presentation is for you to fully demonstrate your marketing plan. The intended audience would be the firm management group that includes members from the top management team as well as a diversity of firms functional departments. The agenda will in general include:
Introduce you and your topic (1 slide)
Agenda (the brief outline of your presentation)(1 slide)
The product/service that you are marketing; your motivation of choosing this topic; the importance/relevancy of the topic (1-2 slides)
Company analysis (1-2 slides)
Market analysis/customer analysis (2-3 slides)
Competition analysis, other environmental factors, and situational variables (2-3 slides)
SWOT table (1 slide)
Marketing strategic orientations: segmentation/differentiation/targeting/positioning (1-2 slides)
Marketing mix strategies: product, price, place, and promotion (3-5 slides)
Expected/projected performance/Controls (1 slide)
