Instructions: Group: 5 - 6 students per group Submission: Submit the PowerPoint slides before the actual Presentation Time of presentation: 15 minutes each group Main Task: Each group will have to create an Ethics Policy Manual for a company that you are creating (a new venture in the service sector). The Ethics Manual for your company needs to include the following: Research and determine what company you own. The group must create a manual guiding the Ethics rules to be applied to all stakeholders. Be ready to explain (one question for each member): The segment of your company and the line of thought behind your ethics guidelines. List all the key ethics guidelines. The group will need to explain/justify the main ones. 1. A framework to help you to complete your assignment (but not limited to the following): Part I: Introduction of the company (E.g., Mission/ Objectives/ Corporate Social Responsibilities) Part II: Identify the issue(s)/ ethical concern(s) (E.g., Stakeholders and the Environment) Part III: Solutions and the Ethics Policy Manual Part IV: Conclusion (E.g., What did you learn? Be specific, why this is important to your business?) Part V: Research References 2. A maximum of 15 minutes for your presentation. 3. Marks will be deducted for overrun presentation 4. The presentation (No more than 12 slides) should be smooth and well-rehearsed. 5. All team members must participate in the presentation 6. The slides should be sharp and not cluttered. 7. Prepare and submit your presentation file on or before the deadline. 8. One submission (Final Group Project Discussion Forum) by the team leader is enough.
