This document should be a 1-2 page Word document containing the following information:

1. Site title

2. Developer information - your name

3. Rationale/focus - Why create this particular site? What purpose does it fulfill?

4. Target audience - What is its audience or market?

5. Site Outline - List of pages in the site and how they fit into the overall hierarchy of the site layout
