Then you will prepare to present these results to the HR leadership team and other business leaders at the enterprise. As you build your presentation, you will build your story. You are free to structure the presentation as you see fit, but some key points to address include: 1. Why should engagement matter? You can use your alignment framework activity from Part 1 of the course project to make the case that engagement aligns with the enterprise's business goals. 2. What does the data show about the relationship between engagement and customer satisfaction at the enterprise? Use your findings from Part 2 of the course project to help you make the case. 3. What does the data show about the key drivers of engagement at the enterprise? Again, use your findings from Part 2 of the course project to help you here. 4. What are the key recommendations?
