Instructions

Log in to MyLabApps, open MAPLE and create a new MAPLE workbook.

Define $P$ to be the population at time $t.($You may wish to define the constants $K$ and $C$ first so you can write the definition of $P$ in terms of these constants$).$

Select the Plots menu from the right$-$hand panel, then select $2-$D plot. Set the range of $t$ values to be from $0$ to $50.$ A graph of the whale population during the first $50$ years after the influx will appear in the central panel.

Calculate the average population per year in the $50$ years after the influx.

Save your MAPLE workbook to your OneDrive; then, submit a pdf copy via the Moodle page link for this lab.
