Instructions Please read Suburban Homes Construction Project in chapter 9 of the book and complete the following tasks: 1. Identify resources (people, material, equipment, etc) required for each element in the schedule. 2. Analyze resources constraints (the same resource may be required for two or more activities at the same time) base on resource availability 3. Develop a responsibility histogram for the entire project 4. Identify resource overloads and purpose resolution to address them by resource-leveling. 5. Estimate the time required to complete each work element by considering resource constraints. 6. if required, calculate the project schedule again, compute forward pass and backward pass to determine project duration. Determine the critical path for the project. 7. If the new project duration exceeds the commitment deadline, develop schedule-compression strategies to complete the project on time. 8. Develop a resource calendar. 9. As a part of this exercise, update the WBS and project schedule, if required I suggest checking the attached forms and adapt them if you want.
