Morgans Micro-financing Company Limited, (MMCL) Morgans Micro-financing Company Limited was formed in 2019 by Barry Morgan and his wife Marva. Both were made redundant in 2017 and used their final redundancy payments to set-up the business. Their goal is to help small businesses build assets so that they can stabilize their income, raise their standard of living and make a life for their families. Many of the small businesses that borrow from MMC would not have qualified for loans from traditional banks. The principals have mandated you to urgently plan a series of one-day workshops to train the staff in the areas of concern. The principals are focused on results of an effective training program in the most urgent area of concern and agree with the financial controller that you will not need more than a budget of JMD$80,000.00 to complete training on the 12 front line and other affected staff at both locations.
