  Read the Updated Case 6.2: Montview Stadium Case document attached to this assignment. Using Microsoft Project, create a task list and Gantt chart that details the project schedule (see the Table 1 provided for task details). Once the chart is created, answer the questions presented in the case document. Considering the information provided, construct a Risk Response Matrix (see text p. 227) that details at least 3 risk events that are likely for this case, your responses to the risks, contingency plans, triggers, and the responsible party for each risk event.

Technical Details for the Shoreline Baseball Stadium

For the purposes of this case assume the following:

1. The following holidays are observed: January 1, Martin Luther King Day (third Monday in January), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), July 4^th, Labor Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving Day (4^th Thursday in November), December 25 and 26.
2. If a holiday falls on a Saturday then Friday will be given as an extra day off, and if it falls on a Sunday then Monday will be given as a day off.
3. The crews work standard days, Monday through Friday.
