STEP 1: Select a business problem, such as manufacturing or logistics challenge on a factory/fab floor, which is amenable to technology. You will build a business case for change to present to senior leadership for approval. You can use either of the business challenges you selected for Milestones 1 or 2 or revise and utilize a different challenge.

STEP 2: Complete the case for change template you used in Module 1 to problem-solve for the challenge.

STEP 3: Create a single-page functional map diagram showing a high-level view of the current business process. You can revise the Module 5 Milestone 2 to complete this step.

STEP 4: Produce an A3 Report showing a high-level picture of the planned changes. There are a considerable number of A3 report examples online. This templateLinks to an external site. is one of the easier ones. You can revise the Module 3 Milestone 1 to support your completion of this step. Your A3 report for this Final Project should include:

A description of the exact problem the technology injection will solve A root cause analysis of the problem. A list of potential gains from introducing the technology A list of potential losses from failing to introduce the technology A list of the potential risks from introduction with mitigation strategies

STEP 5: Write a supporting business case document detailing the information summarized in the A3 report.
