STEP 2: Make a single-page functional map diagram showing a high-level view of the current business process.

STEP 3: Produce an A3 Report showing a high-level picture of the planned changes. The A3 report for should include:

• A description of the exact problem the technology injection will solve
• A root cause analysis of the problem.
• A list of potential gains from introducing the technology
• A list of potential losses from failing to introduce the technology A list of the potential risks from introduction with mitigation strategies

STEP 4: Make a supporting business case document detailing the information summarized in the A3 report.
