Instructions: Students are required to conduct a supply chain audit of a Jamaican company which performs either (logistics, manufacturing, distribution, retail or services operations) to determine the sustainability and efficiency of that company operation. Furthermore, the research must be placed in the context to today's business environment, in order to fulfill the outlined requirements. Requirements: 1. Identify the key problems affecting a company, with focus being placed on key performance indicators such as: (logistics configuration, inventory management strategy, transport / distribution strategy). 15 marks 2. Determine the origin of the problem, and asses the level of impact of the outlined problem has on the company. 30 marks 3. Provide applicable recommendations which can be implemented by the company to address the identified problems. 25 marks 4. Explain how the operations of this company can become more sustainable based on economic, social and environmental dimensions where applicable. 30 marks
