How you present your journey/reflection is entirely up to you, but you'll need to include references to reading and writing assignments this semester and address the reflection questions in your writing. Be sure to elaborate on your reflections to receive maximum points/credit for this assignment.

Compose your responses on a separate document and upload the document on this assignment page. If you are uploading a document, be sure you are submitting a .doc, .docx, or .pdf file.

You are welcome to response in a narrative essay flow, or you can number/bullet your answers based on the organization of the questions (making it more short answer/responses). But remember - Elaborate on your reflections to receive maximum points/credit for this assignment.

Reflection Questions

The following questions must be addressed . You are welcome (and encouraged) to go beyond the questions and include reflections that feel comfortable and right to you.

Reading

1. During the first week of class, you were asked to rate your reading skills (Good, Average, or Below Average) - W1: Student Information. How would you rate your reading skills now? Reflect on your reading skills.
2. Identify a text (article) that you read. What did you like or not like about this text? Reflection on your process of making sense of the text. What reading strategies did you use? What worked well or did not work well?
3. What skills/techniques did you use to synthesize ideas from two or more readings? How successful were you in synthesizing ideas from more than two readings?
4. What skills/techniques did you use to evaluate the nature and quality of readings? How do you know you were successful in evaluating texts/readings?

Writing
