The analysis should address:

8. Orientation towards innovation

10. The external environment
11. Competitor analysis (number of competitors, assess performance, investment strategies)
12. Market analysis (population, income elasticity, barriers to entry, social trends, risks, and opportunities)
13. Environmental analysis (economic determinants facing the organization, regulatory and political factors, and socio-cultural elements).
14. Findings
15. Recommendations
16. A conclusion

Submission Instructions

• Prepare and submit the organizational analysis. The plan should be 8-10 pages (excluding the cover page, tables of contents, and reference list), organized with headings as per the questions above. The report should include an introduction and a conclusion. Ensure that models and frameworks have been identified to steer the organizational analysis.
• All content that exceeds 10 pages will not be graded so take the page limit seriously.
• APA Style must be applied to all areas of this profile, including formatting, citations, and referencing.
• 10 academic sources are required.
