3. Once you have received your results, include these as an APPENDIX to your overall assignment

PART B

GAPS Analysis

You will conduct a GAPS Analysis which identifies and determines the following:

  1. Goals - identify 5 development goals
  2. Abilities - identify 5 abilities that you currently have to assist in achieving your development goals (ie:
  3. Perceptions - determine how your peers/colleagues perceive your behaviour at work/school (ask your friends and/or coworkers)
  4. Standards Analysis - using SWOT analysis, demonstrate your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to your career goal (See notes for template location).

PART C

Create a Personal Development Plan

Using the attached template, populate the fields considering the results you received from both your 16 Personalities Assessment and GAPS Analysis.

NOTE:

  1. This is a SUBJECTIVE assignment and unique to YOU.
