Instructions: This is a group assignment. You will form teams of 6 members and each group will be assigned a scandal from the below list. Research about the scandal then prepare a poster to explain the following: 1. Company overview 2. Explanation of the scandal from accounting perspective (how the fraudulent activity was conducted and by who and why it is considered as a fraud) 3. Consequences and penalties Accounting Scandals: 1. Your team number will determine the topic you need to work on (Team 1 Scandal 1 , Team 2 Scandal 2 , and so on). 2. Each team should select a Team Leader and only the team leader can communicate with regarding the assignment. 3. Only the team leader should submit a soft copy of the poster on Blackboard. 4. The deadline is on Week 7 - Wednesday Oct. 15 th by the end of the day. 5. Plagiarism will NOT be tolerated. Plagiarized assignment will be awarded ZERO marks. 6. Marks are allocated according to the following Grading Rubrics
