Which brands do you support? Which brands have always provided great quality? Each of us have favorite brands or companies for a variety of reasons and companies rely on customer loyalty for market share, increased revenue and longevity of the company. When a companys quality, service or product decline is when assessment or re-evaluation is needed or competitors are able to steal market share.

Think of a company whose product or service you feel strongly about (positive or negative). Research that companys mission statement. Do you think the company is achieving its mission?
