It also includes various ways and points of view that will assist you in creating a policies and procedures document that you can add to your Employee Handbook. These documents will help provide a strong foundation for being successful in your business venture.
In Module 1, you learned about being in the right mindset, marketing, working systems, policies and procedures, finances, health and safety, the importance of ethics, and using fairness/integrity/decency/sustainability as important ethical views. You also created a vision statement for your company that you can use as a basis for your views on running an ethical business.
- In Module 2, you learned about various values and virtues that create good character traits for running an ethical business; you read the list of suggestions of topics to use in your code of ethics; and a useful method for ethical decision making.
