This Thursday and Friday is the "Moving Day". This is for all of us so I hope you're all ready. Make sure all your boxes are packed and labeled, for the location they will be taken. You must let me know if you can move on Thursday or Friday because we need to split the move up evenly between the two days. The six locations are as follows main front office, reception area, personnel office, computer area, storage basement, main back office.

On Monday, we will be moving everything else over including computers and furniture. If you have any special request for fragile items it is mandatory you request special packaging, peanuts, packing paper, etc. today. You will be charged with moving these items.

We don't need any delays or problems so make sure your not our problem employee.
