Interview an employee of a service organization. Virtual interviews are acceptable: telephone, WebEx, Zoom, FaceTime, etc. Include the date of interview, name of the employee, company/organization, industry/sector, service type. Ask the person to discuss each of the five dimensions of service quality as it relates to that person's organization.
