Select a company. It can be any type of industry.

Contact the manager, director, or supervisor of Operations of that company to request an interview.

Develop a guide of questions to help you interview the company's management. The questions should be aimed at helping you develop an analysis of the design of products or services, their operational competitive strategies, their general process of transforming production inputs into goods and services within a framework of efficiency and their quality compliance to any national or international regulation $($for example ISO $9000).$

Interview the manager, director or supervisor of Operations of the company.

Submit the interview questions and answers. Analyze the information obtained.
