Interview Analysis

Instructions:

Select a company. It can be any type of industry.

Contact the manager, director, or supervisor of Quality of that company to request an interview.

Develop a guide of questions to help you interview the company's management. The questions should be aimed at helping you develop an analysis of the application of the TQM and JIT philosophies applied in his$/$her company to continuously improve the quality of the products and services. How do they apply Six Sigma? JIT? TQM$?$ Which statistical tools they use and how they are applied? Employees involvement? $($do not limit your interview to these questions, these are only examples of suggested questions$).$

Interview the manager, director, or supervisor of Quality of the company.

After completing the interview, submit questions and answers and analyze the information obtained.
