Interview Question BA 1) The input into P1 was 100 units, however after the QA step we only had 55 items being sent out to retail for sale. How would you determine where the flaws are in the process? What design methodology and steps would you use to isolate the problem(s)?

2) Let us say that at the QA step, we had 85 objects as inputs, and 80 as the output. However, the customer, rejects 30 of those 80 products. How would you determine the quality testing flaws at the QA stage? What would you do to improve the QA?
