Interview Question: Using the Star method

Ps. Only have experience as the (retail) cashier, drive-through cashier,( fast food restaurant) office assistance, and a sales representative ( jewelry store). Give an example using my previous job experiences

1. Give me an example of a time when you persuaded someone. Howd you do it and why?

2. Share an example of how you were able to motivate a coworker, your peers, or your team.

3. Give an example of when you relied on the other person to get information, and they didnt deliver. What did you do?
4. Describe a time when your team came to you to make a decision. How did it turn out?
5. Could you tell me about a time when you made changes to improve your, your teams, or your departments efficiency?
