Interview Question: Using the STAR method ( Interview as a bank teller)

Ps. Relate these questions with my experiences as the (retail)cashier, drive-through cashier,( fast food restaurant ) sales representative( working at a jewelry store), and office assistance. Give an example of a scenario using my precious job experiences

1. Tell me about a time when you were able to turn an unhappy customer into one who was satisfied and continued to do business with the company.

2. Tell me how you go about building relationships with new customers, and give me an example of a time when this was successful.

3. Describe how you go about prioritizing each customers needs when youre working with a large number of customers.

4. Can you describe a situation when a frustrated customer complained about a widely known problem with the companys product? How did you resolve this?

5. Please describe the most difficult customer you have had to deal with and how you handled it.
