Interview Questions:

This is a semi-structured interview. The questions are meant as a guide. It is anticipated that you may not ask every question. There is flexibility with the questions and expected that you will develop follow-up questions based on answers from the interviewee. The goal is to have enough information at the end of the interview to consider a community resource that would benefit the educator or families served by the school.

2. How has the pandemic impacted the children and families at your school?
3. Do you agree or disagree with the way districts are addressing schooling in regards to the pandemic? Please explain.

4. What have you found most effective with your teaching (administrating/counseling) in serving the families at your school?
