Intro of Organization Behaviour

Please do a thorough and complete Self Assessment of your Social Style to determine which Social Style you are:

1. Analytical
2. Amiable
3. Driver
4. Expressive

The Social Style Self Assessment is in a Pdf file located in this Module. Please also reference the text book, our lectures on the various styles and how best to Flex or adapt to each one.

Once you have determined which Social Style you most identify with, answer the following two (2) questions. Please limit your answers to one well-articulated paragraph per question. Each paragraph should be a minimum of 3 sentences, but a maximum of 8.

Question #1

Given your Social Style, how would you best position yourself if you were asking a family member for a short-term loan of $200 dollars, and you had identified the fact that they (the family member you are asking for the money from) are an Analytical Social Style type person. Please make your request as simple as possible.

Question #2

Continuing with the above scenario, how would you make the best first impression, develop rapport and handle potential objections? Please ensure to include at least one (1) opened ended type question you might ask your relative, in order to better understand why they might object to your request.
