For this discussion post I decided to reuse data from my week 1 discussion post. My data set consists of NCLEX pass rates among BSN programs in Illinois for. I obtained my data form the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. A total of 31 BSN programs and their pass rate percentages are listed for 2019.

What trends do you notice in your data set?

For my data set I noticed that most pass rates were above 85%.

Based on the trends and the history of your data set, make a claim. What kind of test (left, right, two tailed) would you have to complete?

Ho: o > 85%

H1: o 85%

I would have perform a right tailed test.

Explain the steps needed to complete the Hypothesis Test. What is needed?

I am having trouble with this part I do not understand how to do the hypothesis test.
