We will be using the same case that we worked on last week for Project Budget Assignment. If you want to refresh the case, please refer to the MS Project Assignment document from Week 09.

You are a Project Manager for Seneca Apps Inc. and you are making a project budget to present it to the Senior Management Team. Use the following table and WBS template for this assignment:

This is a group assignment. All the following points are to be completed in context of making a project budget.

1. Discuss WBS in your groups and complete it by adding tasks.

2. Determine (identify) Work Packages.

3. Develop Activities for each work package.

4. Use the excel template provided to list down all the tasks, work packages and activities.

5. Fill out the excel template at activity level to determine the budget of each work package.

6. You can use the labor rates available on the internet (provide references for all the rates you are using). And discuss the durations in your MS Teams meeting. Please make sure you record all the meetings you conduct for this purpose.

7. Create aggregated (total) budget on first sheet of excel.

8. Create time phase budget on the second sheet of excel.
